Yes - this is a personal training service, so you’ll have your own trainer who gets to know your goals and sticks with you throughout.

As best we can. We’ll agree set days and times that work for you and stick to them, and we’ll always try to be flexible when life inevitably gets in the way. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll rearrange it for you.

Not unless you’ve specifically booked the ‘reality TV bootcamp’ package. We’re more calm encouragement, good coaching, and getting you working properly - without the unnecessary theatrics.

Absolutely, one other person can join your sessions at no extra cost.

Yes - we’d argue its better than in a gym. Proper, structured training built around the most effective foundational movements, stripped of the usual gym noise and gimmicks, and delivered in a way that fits real life and can go with you anywhere.
That’s a fairly solid recipe for results if you ask us.

Yes - in your garden or a local park if you prefer. We’re not shy of a bit of fresh air, and outdoor training also comes with added health benefits.

We can help you work out what makes sense based on your goals, lifestyle, availability, and what you realistically want to commit to. Some people train once a week, others prefer more.
From there, training is structured around how often we see each other, so we make the most of every session and get you the best possible results with the time we’ve got.
